AEA's Graduate Student & New Evaluators TIG

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The Graduate Students and New Evaluators TIG is a student-run Topical Interest Group within the AEA that develops activities for, and represents the interests of, new evaluators (people new to the evaluation profession , including graduate students and other newcomers). The intent is to foster communication and networking between new evaluators, mentors/faculty, recent post-graduates, potential employers, and other AEA members who wish to support the interests of AEA's newest evaluation professionals.

The AEA GS&NE Board is elected every year by graduate students and new evaluators in attendance at the AEA conference. Here you can meet the current board members elected in November 2003. To become a board member yourself you may want to check out the responsibilities and procedures involved and contact current members. About two months prior to the next conference we will ask for nominations for the new board 2004. Please join our listserv hosted by The Evaluation Center to stay informed.
